DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

Our website follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you want to file a copyright infringement notification, you will need to send a written claim that must include the following; 

A physical or electronic signature of the developer or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. 

Identification of the copyright claim that has been infringed or a list of copyright claims if multiple copyrighted works at a single site are covered by a single notification. 

Identification of the work that is claimed to be infringing that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. The information must be sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the claimed material. Providing URLs in the email is the best way to help us locate content quickly. 

The information must be sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, phone number, and email address at which the complaining party can be contacted. 

A statement that the complaining party has a belief that the use of the claimed material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law. 

A statement expressing that the information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. 

Important Note

Note that under section 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing will be subjected to liability for damages. In other words, don’t make false claims.
